Our Recruitment Division is the flagship of Allied Services. With 37 years of experience, we offer support for both Blue & White Collar staff and we approach each business relationship with transparency and flexibility. Our ability to manage bulk & project recruitment including headhunting for key positions and logistical support structure (pre-mobilization, mobilization, outsourcing and payroll requirements) makes us unique and has contributed to our continuous growth year after year. In order for us to excel in today’s very competitive recruitment market, we have established our reputation of professionalism and ‘working in partnership’ when dealing with both candidates and clients alike.

Allied Services staffs a nucleus of specialized consultants who are experts in their active fields. In-depth market knowledge of recruitment, outplacement and human resources enables us to offer a prompt and dedicated service. Our success has been achieved by understanding our clients’ needs and practices in order to resource the right candidate for the role.

We cater to all hierarchies of White & Blue Collar staff, especially in our key focus industries – from Engineers and Technicians and from Skilled to Un-Skilled workers, we recruit them all.

It is our ability to recruit such a diverse yet large staff that enables us to also undertake bulk recruitment assignments for turnkey, short term and shutdown projects. No matter the location or project / requirement type, our team can fill a single temporary position, staff and manage a complete project team with internationally experienced professionals, or offer the experienced craft labor necessary to ensure successful and productive project execution. With a panel of consultants in each of our key focus industries, we are also able to conduct final interviews on behalf of our clients and recruit candidates on our guarantee with free replacement within the 3-months probation period.

We maintain relationships with associate companies in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Philippines and other neighboring countries to meet all client workforce requirements. With a long established presence in Asia, we have built longstanding relationships with these companies. Our management, with its extensive international background, understands the many problems encountered by international companies when utilizing Third World Country National workforces. Our experience in dealing with these matters on projects worldwide has enabled us to build a solid professional reputation for successfully assisting clients in avoiding and solving these problems to ensure successful and smooth execution and completion of their projects.

Unlike other workforce recruiters, we provide extensive pre-screening of candidates prior to candidate interviews being performed by the client which allows us to reduce the amount of time required to successfully source good candidates and get them on site. In addition to recruitment, pre-screening and testing, our Documentation & Mobilization Division can assist the candidates and clients through all steps required to legally process and mobilize the workforce in the most efficient manner possible.

Procedure:

Advertising

We advertise the required categories in leading English and Regional newspapers on an all Pakistan basis i.e. Jang, Express, Dawn, Aaj, Mashreq and the regional publications of the respective cities.

We upload our client’s requirements on job sites such as Naukri.com, Timesjobs.com, Monster.com & Asiapower’s job portal and we also headhunt for certain specialized categories at potential areas in Asia.

Selection tools / Instruments

Personal interviews are conducted by our technical recruitment managers on the basis of the job description provided by our client. The skilled/semi-skilled categories are also subjected to a trade test as per their specialization.

Prescreening Interviews

Screening, assessment and short-listing of the candidates for final interview is carried out by our highly experienced and technically qualified recruitment managers.

The overall grading of candidates is carried out based on their professional skills, previous experience, general knowledge, personality and adaptability for work environment. The candidate’s short listed by us is then presented to the client’s representative for the final selection.

Final Interviews

The shortlisted candidates’ complete CVs with recruitment manager’s remarks are sent to the clients for their approval or the clients are invited to our offices to personally evaluate the candidates.

Medicals

Medicals are carried out by the (Gulf Medical Centers Association) GAMCA approved Medical Canters for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman. For UAE, Qatar and other countries, the medical test is conducted by one of our approved medical centers ensuring that the candidate is FIT to work.

Visa Stamping

For countries, such as Saudi Arabia, where visas are stamped in Pakistan, we have a dedicated team that is highly experienced in processing such cases ensuring that the processing time is minimized.

Emigration

Visa stamped Passports are then submitted to Protector of Emigrants (POE) for Emigration clearance on the passports of the candidates.

Orientation

The candidates are given brief orientation about the Company, Project site and the country of placement before their departure from India.

Departures

The Candidates are handed over their departures file with the copy of their CV and credentials, Employment contract, Visa stamped Passport with Emigration, copy of Insurance and Ticket two days prior to the date of Travel. Consequently the arrival details of the candidates are informed to the Client.
