A well-thought out strategy is the first step to ensure a successful recruitment. We gather all possible details from our client before our senior management and appointed recruitment team discuss and plan the specific steps.

Documents Required for the Recruitment Process:

Specimen for UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman & Kuwait:
Demand Letter | Power of Attorney | Job Offer Letter

Specimen for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
Demand Letter | Power Of Attorney | Job Offer Letter | E-Wakala (Visa Authorization)

 

Employer’s Part:

Demand Letter

The employer will formally issue a demand letter in favor of IOS stating:

– Job Description/Category

– Number of workers required in each category

– Monthly salary

– Duration of contract/Permanent

– Other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage

– Accommodation etc

Power of Attorney

The employer will also issue a Power of Attorney authorizing to select and recruit people on behalf of the client and to deal with the local authorities like consulate/ embassy/ foreign affairs office.
