Facility Manager
Recruited confidentially by Allied Services International on behalf of a verified Gulf employer.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facility Management.
Must have 15+ years of experience in Facility Management / Building Operations.
Must have 5+ years of Gulf experience as a Facility Manager.
Candidate must be currently available in Pakistan.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS).
Experience managing Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, Generators, UPS, Elevators, STP/WWTP, and Fire Alarm Systems.
Hands-on experience in Preventive & Corrective Maintenance (PPM/CM) and Asset Management.
Experience handling Commercial, Banking, Hospitality, or Mixed-use Facilities.
Proficient in CAFM Software, JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Ticketing Systems.
Strong Leadership, Team Management, Client Coordination, and Contractor Management skills.
Excellent Problem-solving, Planning, Reporting, and Communication abilities.
