BSc in Civil or Architectural Engineering with extensive experience in high-rise buildings, luxury hotels, and mall complexes. The candidate must have strong exposure to podium developments and preferably stadium projects. The role involves overall project management, planning, coordination, and execution control of large-scale construction projects. Responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and project schedules. Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills are required along with the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and client representatives to ensure successful project delivery.
