The candidate must have strong site execution experience in residential towers, commercial developments, and podium structures, with stadium experience preferred. The role involves managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. Strong understanding of site coordination, manpower management, technical supervision, and quality control is required along with the ability to resolve site issues and coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
