Senior Quantity Surveyor

BSc in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with experience in high-rise buildings, luxury hotels, and mall complexes. The candidate must have strong exposure to cost estimation, contract administration, valuation, and variation management. Stadium experience is preferred. The role involves managing project financials, preparing interim valuations, reviewing contractor claims, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Strong knowledge of contract conditions, measurement standards, and commercial management is required.
