Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6–8 years of experience as a QC Coating Inspector in oil & gas, EPC, and industrial construction projects. Must have a valid BGAS certification with strong expertise in surface preparation, blasting, painting, and coating inspection activities for structural steel, piping, and equipment. Skilled in checking surface cleanliness, profile measurement, dry film thickness (DFT), adhesion testing, and environmental conditions during coating application. Well-versed with coating standards, inspection test plans (ITP), and project specifications. Capable of ensuring compliance with international coating standards, identifying defects, and verifying corrective actions to maintain high-quality corrosion protection systems.
