Head Waiter

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Waiter / Senior Waiter.
Minimum 2 years of Gulf (GCC) experience is mandatory.
Experience in Camp Catering, Facility Management (FM), Industrial Catering, or Large-Scale Catering.
Supervise daily dining hall and waiter team operations.
Monitor buffet setup, table service, and dining area cleanliness.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP/HSE).
Check and manage dining equipment, crockery, cutlery, and service inventory.
Train and guide waiter staff on service standards.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations.
Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
