Job Description
Blueprint Interpretation & Layout: Accurately read, interpret, and work from Isometric drawings, P&IDs, and spool sheets to determine job specifications, material take-offs, and assembly methods.
Pipe Fabrication: Perform all aspects of pipe fabrication, including cutting, beveling, fitting, and aligning carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloy pipes per the specified weld procedures.
Independent Work: Execute tasks with minimal supervision, managing your time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all fabricated spools meet the required tolerances, dimensions, and quality standards. Conduct visual inspections of fit-ups before welding.
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company and site-specific HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices in hazardous environments.
Material Handling: Select and verify materials against job specifications, ensuring correct grades and sizes are used.
Collaboration: Coordinate with welding teams, supervisors, and other trades to ensure a smooth workflow and resolve any fabrication issues.
