Diploma in Electrical with 6–8 years of experience in supervising electrical maintenance activities in cement plants or similar heavy industrial environments. Proven ability to lead maintenance teams, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and oversee the operation of transformers, switchgear, MCCs, motors, VFDs, and plant electrical systems. Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, shutdown planning, safety compliance, manpower allocation, and ensuring reliable plant operations with minimum downtime.
