Education: DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer or relevant field.
Experience: 2–5 years experience in thermoforming or plastic packaging industry.
Skills: Knowledge of thermoforming machines, mold setting, temperature control, and basic troubleshooting.
Operate and monitor thermoforming machines as per production requirements and ensure smooth production flow.
Maintain product quality, perform routine checks, follow safety/5S standards, and support shift operations.
