Provide basic first aid and emergency medical assistance to site employees. • Monitor and support the health condition of employees residing in the accommodation. • Handle minor injuries, illness cases, and on-site medical emergencies. • Coordinate with nearby clinics or hospitals in case of serious medical situations. • Maintain medical records and report all health-related incidents to management. • Ensure availability and proper maintenance of first aid kits and basic medical supplies. • Provide basic health awareness and hygiene guidance to employees. • Assist in arranging medical check-ups when required. Requirements: • B.Sc in Nursing, first aid, or a related medical field. • Previous experience in site or industrial accommodation is preferred. • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. • Good communication and reporting skills.
