Degree in related discipline with 6–8 years of experience in offshore/onshore pipeline construction or Oil & Gas EPC projects. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing welding and coating production equipment from project bidding through commissioning, including material take-off, equipment mobilization, consumables, FAT, certification, spare parts, and budget control. Must have experience coordinating with project, vessel, and asset teams, ensuring equipment readiness, technical support, and production optimization. Strong English communication skills are required.
