Transport Executive

Transport Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end road transportation operations for finished goods, bulk and packed lubricants, base oil, furnace fuel oil (FFO), and asphalt, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective nationwide distribution. The role involves coordinating daily dispatch plans with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and transport teams, monitoring fleet availability, vehicle utilization, shipment planning, and reverse logistics to meet service level agreements and operational KPIs. The incumbent will manage SAP logistics transactions, including Delivery Notes (DNs), Goods Receipts (GRs), reconciliations, and reporting while ensuring data accuracy. Responsibilities also include overseeing bulk operations, evaluating shortages and loss/gain variances, verifying transporter payments, managing customer claims, monitoring transporter performance and compliance, promoting HSSE standards, investigating logistics-related issues through root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and preparing operational dashboards and performance reports while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
