Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, BBA, or MBA.
3–5+ years of experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably within the oil & energy, FMCG, or manufacturing sector.
Proven experience managing end-to-end road transportation for finished goods, bulk and packed lubricants, base oil, furnace fuel oil (FFO), asphalt, or similar products.
Strong knowledge of dispatch planning, fleet management, vehicle utilisation, shipment planning, reverse logistics, and nationwide distribution.
Hands-on experience with SAP logistics transactions, including Delivery Notes (DNs), Goods Receipts (GRs), order reconciliation, and operational reporting.
Experience managing transporter performance, bulk operations, customer claims, loss/gain reconciliation, and logistics compliance.
Good understanding of HSSE standards, transport regulations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Whys, and continuous improvement practices.
Excellent analytical, coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to prepare operational dashboards and performance reports.
