I&C Engineer (Commissioning)

Bachelors in Engineering with 10+ years of I&C commissioning, start-up, and operational experience, including at least 5 years in combustion turbine, simple/combined cycle power plants. GCC/KSA and EPC experience preferred. Responsible for I&C commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, tuning, calibration, and start-up activities. Must have strong hands-on experience with DCS/PLC, turbine control systems, hot loop checks, function/protection checks, system integration, instrument testing, and digital communication systems. Experience in reviewing technical/OEM drawings, control philosophies and procedures, managing punch lists, commissioning records, PTW/LOTO, risk assessments, and coordinating with OEM advisors and client teams is required.
Grade A: Candidates with KSA/GCC experience in power plant commissioning, particularly Simple/Combined-Cycle Power Plants (CCPP), including Gas/Steam Turbines, HRSG, DCS/I&C, and mechanical systems.
Grade B: Candidates with Pakistan experience in power plant commissioning, particularly Simple/Combined-Cycle Power Plants (CCPP), including Gas/Steam Turbines, HRSG, DCS/I&C, and mechanical systems
