Transportation Coordinator

Manage all operational aspects of fleet and oversee the vehicle maintenance ensuring the vehicle safety, availability, and readiness for operational use in a professional manner that complies with company strategy. Key Accountabilities: ➢ Maintain accurate records of the fleet operated at the accommodations. ➢ Coordinate with the maintenance officers and drivers to address repairs, preventative maintenance, traffic accidents, and other fleet related matters. ➢ Create the vehicle maintenance request in the system. ➢ Monitor the vehicle checklist and wash with the drivers. ➢ Receive workers from branches and complete the deployment plan as needed. ➢ Monitor the accommodation facility (Cleanliness & Maintenance). ➢ Inspect and diagnose vehicle repairs accurately within a reasonable time frame and with a quality of work that exceeds expectations. ➢ ➢ Review and communicate the operational status of vehicles, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards. ➢ Support drivers in shopping their needs and hospital treatment. ➢ Perform additional fleet operational duties as assigned.
