The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities of insulation, cladding, and waterproofing crews on industrial or construction sites. Duties include planning daily work, allocating tasks, monitoring productivity and quality, enforcing HSE policies, conducting toolbox talks, and coordinating with site management and other trades. The role also involves inspecting completed work, managing materials and tools, maintaining daily reports and timesheets, and providing guidance to crew members.
