Minimum 5 years from Date of diploma certificate expireince, Secically with FOOD PROCESSING FACTORIES.Conduct Hands-On, Implement and perform Corrective maintenance for all Low Current electrical & controls equipment in accordance with manufacturers’ requirements.Troubleshoot, Repair, Test and Maintain Low Current electrical & controls to evaluate performance according to functionalities of parts, assemblies or systems and record their results. Inspect, Assemble, Install, Modify Low Current electrical & controls equipment’s and systems according to engineering principles and data.Perform comprehensive surveys of Low Current electrical & controls, observing and documenting condition and maintenance adequacy.Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance for Low Current electrical & controls as per the PM plan.Can analyze & prepare system details such as schematics, calculations, layout drawings, cable schedules, schematic diagrams and connections details.Prepare & Analyze technical specifications & BOQ for Low Current electrical & controls to perform required installation and maintenance. Perform continual field checks to observe that work scopes are performed completely, demonstrating quality workmanship. Monitoring & Supervising execution of Low Current electrical & controls projects for timely completion. Ensure interdisciplinary coordination and effective communication on projects.Monitor work order volumes for reactive/corrective & preventive maintenance at start of program and at specific intervals for completion on time.Develop and execute maintenance repair operation (MRO) spare parts strategy for the plant, including reordering, receiving inspection and stocking items
