Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of practical experience as a QC Electrical Engineer. At least 1-2 Projects involved in the Middle East Site at Power/Water/Desalination Plant sector is a must. Experience in material receiving inspection, MV/LV Switchgear, Electrical Panels, and Transformer Installation Inspection.

Magnetic Particle Test (MT) ISO 9712 LEVEL 2 or PCN Level 2.
Ultrasonic Test (UT) ISO 9712 LEVEL 2 or PCN Level 2 (3.1, 3.2, 3.8, 3.9).
Liquid Penetrate Inspections (LP) ISO 9712 or PCN Level 2.
Must have CSWIP 3.1 certification
Must have good English communication skills.
6 years of experience as minimum in Petrochemical, Gas, Steel Plant. Maintain the correct/accurate records of all engineering materials transactions.
5 years of experience as a bolt Torquing & tensioning / cutting in GCC. Proficient in calculating torque valves required for Bolt torqueing. Knowledge of Bolt load calculation for Bolt tensioning jobs using / maintaining Bolt tensioning / torqueing pumps and tools. Age limit upto 40 years
Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering/ equivalent,should have 7-14 years of experience in plant shut down work, turnaround and maintenance works in oil and gas, power, petrochemical and water industries etc and aware of resource requirement. must have 3-5 years of experience in estimation of shut down and turnaround works.GCC/ Saudia experiences will be preferred
