• To have a technical diploma in the field of mechanical engineering.
• Practical Experience: To have practical experience of not less than 5 years as a mechanic for refrigeration units with buildings to have full knowledge of building management systems and solve maintenance problems of liquid cooling equipment Air handling units, fan coil units, pumps, units and split air conditioners for large equipment.
• Has the ability to carry out the required tests and repairs for the chillers.
• To be able to carry out preventive maintenance, repair, and on-site inspection.
• The work assigned to him for all heating and air conditioning equipment in the buildings and facilities of the Royal Commission.
• Coordinating with other professions to ensure that the work is completed in the agreed time and order.
• To have good knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• The ability to plan preventive maintenance.
• Ability to plan related works as required.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is required.
