Operate, Conduct Hands-On, Implement & Perform corrective preventive & preventive maintenance program for Facility equipment’s & systems – Doors, Dock Levellers,DockHouses, Automatic Doors, Manual Doors, Personnel Doors.. Laundry & Kitchen equipment’s etc. Inspect, Assemble, Install, Modify works related to Facility equipment’s & systems according to engineering principles and data. Troubleshoot, Repair, Test and Maintain Piping & support systems related to Facility equipment’s & systems to evaluate performance according to functional capabilities. Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance for Facility equipment’s & systems. Perform comprehensive surveys of piping related Facility equipment’s & systems observing & documenting condition and maintenance adequacy
