Minimum 5 years from Date of diploma certificate expireince, Secically with FOOD PROCESSING FACTORIES.Conduct Hands-On, Implement & perform Corrective & Preventive maintenance for Diesel Generators, ancillary equipment’s & electrical equipment as per manufacturers’ requirements.Troubleshoot, Repair, Test and Maintain Diesel Generators & ancillary equipment’s, Electrical equipment’s in PPP.Maintain Area & Equipment housekeeping and assess plant operational performance parameters accordingly to ensure that the system is operating as per SOP.Undertake generators startup, routine and non-routine power changeovers as required. Undertake fault diagnosis & implement corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.Monitor, report and action equipment performance to identify & implement incremental improvements to maximize output and quality performance.Work under the guidance of Electrical PDS Supervisor to ensure that operations are monitored and remains in control all the times.Work in shifts and emergency operations as and when required and as instructed by Electrical PDS Supervisor & Dept Manager.Provide feedback to Electrical PDS Supervisor & Dept Manager on the progress of operational activities and possibility of obstacles arising which may prevent the attainment of goals.Inspect, Assemble, Install, Modify Electrical Power and Lighting Distribution equipment’s and systems and Electrical Grounding Systems Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance for Electrical Power & Lighting Distribution equipment’s/systems, Electrical Grounding Systems.Prepare & Analyze technical specifications & BOQ for electrical (LV/MV), to perform required installation and maintenance an analyze & prepare system details such as schematics, calculations, layout drawings, cable schedules, schematic diagrams and connections details..Perform continual field checks to observe that work scopes are performed completely Execution of projects for timely completion and ensure proper interdisciplinary coordination.
