Conduct hands-on work & corrective maintenance works on food production machines and any other equipments supporting food production activitiesaccording to established procedure.Troubleshoot, Repair,Test and Maintain electrical & controls equipment and systems-pnemuatic/hydraulic supporting food production activities.Inspecting equipment and materials to identify the cause of errors/defects or other problems. Modify electrical & controls parts, assemblies and systems to correct functional deviations.Assemble, Install and Maintain electrical & controls systems and equipment according to engineering principles and data.Provide technical assistance for electrical & controls problems encountered before, during and after installation, testing & commissioning Collaborate with maintenance team to identify, define and solve problems-minor and major. Maintain 5S – sweep, sort, segregate, systemize, standardize in their workplace.Perform scheduled Preventive & Predictive Maintenance for food production machines and any other equipments supporting food production activities.Communicating with Supervisors, Peers or subordinates in providing information by telephone, in written form, email or in person. Entering, recording, Compiling, calculating, tabulating, auditing, verify and maintain data or information in written or electronic form.Monitor and Keep material optimum stock required in implementing PM Task requirements
