Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 7-10 years experience as Commissioning LOTO system with locking device in EPC industry with min 5 yrs GCC exp. Must have experience on the application and control of Isolation systems under Commissioning LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) procedure at Combined cycle power plant. Good English communication
