Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 10 – 15 years of experience in the relevant field. Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, preferably in a steel pipe manufacturing or heavy industrial environment. Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, mechanical and electrical systems, and industrial equipment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills
