Minimum 5 years from Date of diploma certificate expireince, Secically with FOOD PROCESSING FACTORIES.Operate, Conduct Hands-On, Implement & Perform corrective preventive & preventive maintenance program for Utility piping systems – Boilers,Clean steam generators, DI Plant, contd.Compressor Air plant , Water pump stations, Liquid sewage disposal systems in accordance with established standards and manufacturers’ requirements.Perform comprehensive surveys of all plant pipings for Utility equipments & systems as mentioned above , observing and documenting condition and maintenance adequacy.Perform continual field checks to observe that PM work scopes are performed completely, demonstrating quality workmanship.Monitor & Ensure completion for all Corrective/Preventive Maintenance work orders, following up on any work orders not being performed in accordance with established schedule.Summarize and present finding as requested to illustrate benefits on the PM Program.. Identify specific time periods for performance of preventive maintenance to minimize disruption of normal operations, yet schedule preventive maintenance work throughout the entire year.Perform continual field checks to observe that work scopes are performed completely, demonstrating quality workmanship.Perform all the required work on RO system, water filteration system, Firefighting system, industrial sewage, submersible pumps and mechanical toilets work Any other work as instructed by Department Manager.
