Education: Miniumum 3 years Diploma in Refrigeration and Airconditoning Technology ( ITI certificate candidates not applicable)Certifications/Memberships in ASHRAE/Special courses/trainings etcExpereince: Minimum 5 years from Date of diploma certificate expireince, Secically with FOOD PROCESSING FACTORIESConduct Hands-On, Develop, Implement & Maintain proactive preventive maintenance program for HVAC eqpts & systems for factory & housing in accordance with manufacturers’ requirements Perform comprehensive surveys of all HVAC systems and equipment factory & housing, observing and documenting condition and maintenance adequacy. Perform continual field checks to observe that PM work scopes are performed completely, demonstrating quality workmanship. Update Preventive Maintenance scope/schedules as per equipment/systems change.Monitor work order volumes for reactive/corrective & preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with the established & provided program.Summarize and present finding as requested to illustrate compliance with the PM Program.Perform preventive maintenance work throughout the entire year identifying specific time periods for performance of preventive maintenance to minimize disruption of normal operations.
