Repair refrigeration equipment, plant and related systems particularly when concerned with mechanical malfunctions. Operate refrigeration plant to provide services to meet requirement of production department.To ensure and achieve zero downtime of refrigeration system, also internal checking for plate freezer, sprial freezer and ice machines. To carry out routine checks, carry out and record maintenance schedule, including mechanical seals repalcments, vibration anaysis, greasing of motor bearings. To Miantain stock of critical spareparts and notifuying to senior engineer for critical spareparts stock.Undertake machine startup, routine and non-routine changes and plant shutdown as required. Undertake fault diagnosis & implement corrective actions to minimize plant downtime.Maintain working understanding of plant processes, equipment, systems and facilities in order to perform maintenance effectively under general direction.Other works and projects as assigned by engineering manager/Supervisor. To ensure all documentation is completed in correct manner.Good Knowledge of Refrigeration system Excellent Knowledge of Freon and Ammonia Plant Operation with both single stage and double stage. Leak proof testing, Pressure checking Gas charging of freon and Ammonia Gas (NH3). Oil charging And Compressor MaintenanceTo ensure all area of the refrigeration plant are maintained according to company directives to ensure a safe working environment regarding plant and equipment for all staff. Ensure safe storage of refrigeration chemicals and refrigerants.
