Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with 15 years of experience, 7 years GCC experience In managing planning, Execution Management, Budget planning, Cost Control and Reporting, Safety and Compliance, maintenance, and operations, with a strong focus on turnaround planning in the petrochemical or oil & gas industry.Should have ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and high performance and Demonstrated proficiency in turnaround planning, scheduling, and budgeting and also Commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards. Should have been in a supervisory position for at least 5+ years..Should be confident in managing diverse stakeholders.Should have managed at least 4-5 major turnaround / Shutdown events from client side.
