BEOE Protector Registration
Step-by-step guide to completing your Bureau of Emigration protector registration before overseas travel.
Why Protector is Required
Every Pakistani worker going abroad through a licensed agent must register with BEOE and obtain a protector stamp. This is mandatory by law and protects your rights — including verified contract, welfare fund, and insurance coverage.
Documents Needed
Valid CNIC, passport, employment contract (verified by BEOE), visa copy, and medical fitness certificate. Allied Services assists with BEOE registration at our offices — bring originals plus photocopies.
BEOE Fees (Approximate)
Standard protector package includes welfare fund, insurance, FSA, registration, OEC, and POEPA — payable through Allied Services with official receipt. Never pay unlicensed middlemen without BEOE receipt.
Registration Steps
- Submit documents to Allied CSE desk. 2) Contract verified on BEOE portal. 3) Protector fee deposited. 4) OEC/protector issued. 5) Proceed to airport mobilization. Allow 2–5 working days when documents are complete.
