What Happens After Selection?
Your employer confirms
The client validates your selection, job details, and deployment requirement before later stages proceed.
Your documents are checked
Passport, CNIC, photographs, certificates, contract details, and country-specific forms are reviewed for completeness.
Health and skills are cleared
Medical fitness is required, while biometrics or skills verification may apply depending on the destination and occupation.
The visa is processed
Your file moves through the relevant authority or embassy until the visa is issued or stamped.
Protector is completed
Pakistani overseas workers complete the applicable BEOE Protector and Foreign Service Agreement process before departure.
Travel is coordinated
Ticketing and mobilisation begin only after the required clearances and employer travel instructions are ready.

Medical fitness and the required document set are being completed or verified.
FTW - Under Biometric
Fingerprint or identity capture required for the destination process is underway.
FTW - Under NAVTTC
Applicable Saudi trade candidates are completing skills verification or certification.
Ready for Embassy
The file has the required clearances and is ready for embassy or authorised submission.
In Embassy
The visa file is under review with the embassy, consulate, or authorised visa channel.
FTW - Visa Awaited
Submission is complete and the team is waiting for the issued visa or final response.
Visa Received
The visa has been received and its identity and job details can be checked against your documents.
Ready to Travel
Required pre-departure steps are complete and mobilisation or ticket instructions can proceed.
Joined
You have arrived and reported to the employer or designated receiving team.
Dispatched
Your mobilisation has been formally dispatched and recorded by the recruitment team.
Hold By Client
The employer has paused the case. Wait for written instructions before spending money or making travel plans.
Dropped / Not Available
The case cannot continue because of employer instruction, candidate availability, eligibility, or another recorded reason.
Documents to Keep Ready

Your name, passport number, date of birth, occupation, and employer details should match across the passport, contract, medical record, visa, and Protector documents. Report any mismatch immediately.

Saudi Arabia
Depending on the occupation, the process may include Wafid medical, biometrics, NAVTTC or another skills-verification step before visa completion.
United Arab Emirates
Entry permit, identity or medical steps may be completed in the sequence instructed by the employer and UAE authorities.
Other destinations
Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and other countries have their own document, medical, biometric, and embassy requirements.
Never copy another candidate’s checklist. Requirements can differ by country, occupation, employer, visa category, and date.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my visa take?
There is no single reliable timeline. It depends on employer approval, destination requirements, document readiness, medical and biometric results, appointment availability, and embassy workload. Your current portal status is more useful than an unofficial estimate.
Can a visa stage be skipped?
The ERP records the canonical pipeline sequentially so the team can audit each required clearance. Some country-specific activities may not apply to every case, but only the authorised processing team should record the confirmed progression.
Should I resign from my current job after selection?
Do not make an irreversible decision based only on verbal selection. Discuss your notice period with the recruiter and wait for the appropriate confirmed visa and travel instruction.
Can I buy my own ticket when the visa is received?
Not unless Allied or the employer gives written instructions. The employer may control the travel date, route, airline, receiving arrangement, and ticket purchase.
What if my passport details are wrong on a document?
Notify your coordinator immediately and provide a clear passport copy. Do not travel or continue using a visa, contract, medical record, or Protector document with an unresolved identity mismatch.
Why is my case on Hold By Client?
The employer may have paused quota, project timing, travel, or candidate approval. A hold is not a confirmed cancellation, but you should not spend money or make plans until the employer issues the next instruction.

Keep your documents accurate, respond quickly, and follow only verified instructions. Visa processing involves several organisations; a quiet period does not always mean your file has stopped.
