Visa Processing — What Happens Next

1 min readAllied Services International

Understand each stage from selection to travel: medical, embassy, biometrics, NAVTTC (Saudi), and mobilization.

The 14-Stage Pipeline

After selection, your file moves through: Pending → Client Approval → Medical/Documents → Biometrics → NAVTTC (Saudi only) → Embassy → Visa Awaited → Visa Received → Ready to Travel → Joined → Dispatched. Allied tracks each stage — use portal visa status lookup or contact your coordinator.

Documents You May Need

Passport (6+ months validity), CNIC, photos, medical FIT certificate, police character certificate (some countries), attested degrees, and employer-specific forms (FSA, oath, etc.). Missing documents delay the whole pipeline.

Saudi Arabia — NAVTTC

Many Saudi trade visas require NAVTTC skills verification. Allied coordinates training/testing slots. Allow extra 1–3 weeks for NAVTTC before embassy submission.
