48 Hours Before Flight
Confirm ticket and flight time with mobilization desk. Pack only allowed items — check airline baggage weight. Keep passport, visa, OEC/protector, and contract copies in hand carry.
At the Airport
Arrive 3 hours before international departure. Allied mobilization may assist with check-in. Immigration verifies protector/OEC. Stay reachable on your registered phone number.
After Landing
Employer or Allied partner receives you at airport (varies by client). Report to accommodation/site as directed. Save employer HR and Allied coordinator contacts.
