1. Who we are

This website (asil.com.pk) is operated by Allied Services International (Pvt) Limited ("Allied Services", "we", "us"), an Overseas Employment Promoter licensed in Pakistan under Licence No. 0089/KAR. Our Head Office is at 6 Hilltop Arcade, 4D/2 Gizri Boulevard, Phase IV, DHA, Karachi, Pakistan. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

Employers and business enquiries, including enquiries made through our website forms and through LinkedIn or Meta lead forms:

• name, company, job title
• work email address and phone number
• your hiring needs (roles, numbers, locations)

Candidates applying through our portal:

• your CV and contact details
• identity and travel documents needed for overseas employment (for example CNIC and passport)
• information about your work history, skills and job applications

3. Why we use it

• to respond to enquiries and send you proposals and candidate CVs;
• to match candidates with jobs and submit their applications to the employer they apply to;
• to process recruitment and emigration as required by Pakistan's Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment;
• to contact you about your enquiry, application or placement, and to send marketing emails to business contacts (you can opt out at any time, see section 8).

4. Who we share it with

• the employer a candidate applies to or is submitted to;
• government authorities, including the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, where required;
• service providers who process data on our behalf (for example hosting, email and analytics providers), only for the purposes described here.

We never sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including the period required to meet our recruitment and emigration record-keeping obligations. After that we delete it or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see section 8).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we limit access to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example which pages are viewed). It uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data;
• stop sending you marketing emails. You can reply to any email asking us to stop, or email us.

To make a request, email complaints@asil.com.pk. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible. We may need to keep some data where the law or the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment requires it.
